Ontario Regulation First Aid Kit Requirements

Ontario requires workplaces to comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act’s Regulation 1101 under Section 3 of the WSIB Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. Employees must have access to adequate first aid supplies at all times. Requirements are based on the number of employees and the type of business.
