The Universal Head Immobilizer is a quick and easy solution for head immobilization when the threat of spinal injury is a possibility. Made from high-density materials, this provides a strong structure resistant to punctures and tears.

The UHI is composed of double coated plastic, closed-cell foam head supports, a universal attachment base, and two durable head straps. With the universal attachment base, this allows for universal usage on standard backboards or any scoop stretcher.
