This kit is a requirement for Workplaces in Alberta.

Alberta Regulations First Aid Kits All Provincial First Aid requirements are outlined in the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety Code (OHS 2009) (AR 87/2009), which includes the self-employed and workplaces with fewer than 5 employees.

Other requirements will be in effect for workers in specific industries such as pipelines, offshore, or diving, or those under Federal jurisdiction.
